Access to and use of the spiv5 Platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their membership:
Each individual Member is permitted to hold one (1) active account on the spiv5 Platform at any time. Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one account — whether under the same name, identity document, device, IP address, payment method, or household — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. spiv5 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void all associated bets and winnings, and permanently ban the Member without prior notice upon detection of multi-accounting.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identity document, your date of birth, a valid email address, and a valid Indonesian mobile phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must update it promptly via the account settings panel or by contacting support if any details change.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. spiv5 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify spiv5 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.
spiv5 operates a mandatory KYC process for all Member accounts. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents at registration, prior to your first withdrawal, or at any time subsequently at spiv5's discretion:
Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification has been completed to spiv5's satisfaction. spiv5 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage and to suspend withdrawal processing pending satisfactory receipt of such documentation.
spiv5 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. spiv5 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove supported payment methods at any time with or without prior notice.
Deposits are credited to your spiv5 account balance in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and are generally processed instantly or within a few minutes of confirmed receipt from your payment provider. spiv5 does not charge a processing fee on deposits. Minimum deposit amounts are specified on the Deposit page within your account and are subject to change. You must only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are typically processed by spiv5 within one to five minutes under standard operating conditions. Actual receipt of funds in your bank account or e-wallet may take additional time depending on your financial institution's processing schedule. Minimum withdrawal amounts are specified within your account. spiv5 does not charge a processing fee on withdrawals, though your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transfer charges.
A withdrawal request will be accepted and processed only where all of the following conditions are satisfied:

Deposits must represent funds that originate from lawful sources. spiv5 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large transactions or unusual activity patterns. All winnings from funds identified as having an unlawful origin will be voided.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload promotions, slot tournament prizes, and other promotional incentives offered by spiv5 are subject to the specific terms of each individual promotion in addition to these general bonus terms. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms, all Bonus Funds must be wagered at the specified Wagering Requirement multiplier before any winnings derived from those funds may be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement, eligible game contributions, minimum odds requirements, and time limits will be clearly stated in each promotion's specific terms. Bets placed on prohibited games or at odds below the stated minimum will not contribute toward wagering requirements.
spiv5 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or clawback any bonus or promotion winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; using matched-betting, arbitrage, or low-risk hedging strategies to clear wagering requirements; exploiting technical errors or software bugs; and any coordinated group activity designed to circumvent bonus terms. Accounts identified as engaging in bonus abuse may be restricted, suspended, or permanently closed.
spiv5 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are available to eligible Members only and may be subject to geographic, payment method, or game-specific restrictions. spiv5 is not obligated to offer the same promotional terms to all Members.
All sports bets placed on spiv5 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport and market as published in the sportsbook rules section of the Platform. spiv5 reserves the right to void, suspend, or cancel bets where there is evidence of match manipulation, irregular betting activity, or data feed errors. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and are displayed at the time of bet placement. The odds displayed at the time a bet is confirmed are the final odds for that wager — subsequent odds movements do not affect accepted bets.

Mix parlay (accumulator) bets combine multiple selections into a single wager with a combined multiplied payout. spiv5's total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to the Platform in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
spiv5 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform or specific products. spiv5 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.
You may request the closure of your spiv5 account at any time by contacting customer support. Prior to processing an account closure request, spiv5 will confirm your identity and process any pending withdrawals of your real-money Account Balance in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures. Bonus Funds and associated winnings that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
spiv5 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at any time and without prior notice where spiv5 determines, at its sole discretion, that any of the following circumstances apply:
In cases of account closure by spiv5 due to proven breach of these terms, spiv5 reserves the right to withhold the Account Balance pending investigation and recovery of any losses caused by the Member's conduct. Where no breach is established, the remaining real-money Account Balance will be returned to the Member via the most recent withdrawal-eligible payment method on file.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which spiv5 holds its operating licence, without reference to that jurisdiction's conflict-of-laws rules.
In the event of a dispute between you and spiv5 arising from your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting the spiv5 customer support team. spiv5 will endeavour to respond to all formal dispute submissions within five (5) business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of the initial submission, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised international arbitration body as selected by spiv5.
You acknowledge that the laws of the Republic of Indonesia restrict or prohibit certain forms of online gambling. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the spiv5 Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. spiv5 does not represent or warrant the legality of its services in Indonesia or in any other specific country.
